Community Service Camp

Entering Grades 7-12

Do you want to make a difference in your community, and at the same time earn Student Service Learning (SSL) hours? SummerEdge offers service opportunities that will support the community and build important life skills. Small, supervised groups will work at local sites supporting the environment and those in need. Organizations our students may vist this summer include Martha's Table, A Wider Circle, the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and elderly care centers. Students may also spend time on campus writing and reflecting on their activities. Students earn approximately 15 SSL hours per week. These service opportunities will leave a lasting impression and foster a sense of social responsibility.
