Join us at Restaurant Creations at SummerEdge, where young culinary enthusiasts unleash their creativity in the kitchen! From July 29 to August 2, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm each day, students in grades 5-8 will embark on a flavorful journey, exploring the art of cooking and restaurant management.

If your aspiring chef dreams of owning their own restaurant someday, this camp is the perfect opportunity to ignite their passion for culinary arts and entrepreneurship.

Throughout the week, students will dive into the world of gastronomy, crafting a different course each day. From appetizers to desserts, or exploring cuisines from around the globe, each day brings a new culinary adventure. Additionally, students will have the chance to explore various cooking skills and presentation techniques, enhancing their culinary repertoire.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! Over the course of the session, students will develop their own restaurant concept, brainstorming ideas for their future establishment. They’ll expand on the types of foods their restaurant would serve, drawing inspiration from their experiences in class.
